Why can y'all not release the game now and just add updates along the way?

Producing a game like this takes a serious amount of resources . We have already invested 2 years on the making , (1 year full time! )  and  it is not still really finished .We need final 3D ,models, missions , logos , art, game design issues, test the hell out of it , probbably iOS GameCenter connectivity ,etc .

If it were a PC game , the obvious way would be to release it via Steam ( early access or green light ,etc ) .But for iOS , the game needs to be finished and polished. Won't make it thought the store if it crashes. Also the opportunity window is just a couple weeks , so anything unfinished or a loose end would make all this 2 years of development pointless.

So basiclly the kickstarter is sort of a public funding campaign . It is very common nowdays , specially for projects half-way , to help getting it finished as soon as possible. 

If we hit the target ... fantastic.   If the campaign is unsuccessfull , well , we will finish the game -of course- but I can not afford to put more full-time on it , so it would take longer. On the years ,probbably .  Same for the PC Oculus rift version and/or the Playstation ones. 

anyway .. lets see how it goes the KS campaign !

You will know everything, the amount they need, the release date, the functionality of the game, game images and everything when they are on Kickstarter . You will be able to buy the game( to get it later) normally at a low price if you pledge early( it depends if they want to do an early bird pledge and I hope they will).You will also get it earlier maybe. Go on Kickstarter, creat an account and be ready to be there first. When you pledge you won't be charged until the end of the campaign (30 or 60 days). So if 27 days after you've pledge, you finally don't want to pay you can cancel and you won't pay anything( but I hope you won't do it). I recommend you to go there and look how other projects work. You can also get more help. I'm on Kickstarter for 6 month now. If you have any questions, ask me.  Sorry for my English.

Hey , just to comunicate that we are still waiting for Kickstarter's aprooval for  the project . They say shouldnt take long..

Why is it again later? They take 5 days to upload it to their web page? 😕
