After landing Orion on the Moon, motion on surface does not stop despite using brakes and switching off engine

hi !

Thanks .. well , this bug has been there for a long time :) . now is simply more noticeable with the hi-resolution moon  shaders  . Will try to see what can be done..

Presumably the logic is not as simple as reducing the velocity to zero if the brakes are on? From recollection the previous version didn't have brakes?

not really .
Velocities can't be set as such , its all about applying forces and torque.  Besides ,the spacecraft will be still moving ( orbital and rotational movement of the planet's ,etc .. ) so setting its velocity to zero won't do either . calculating the relative velocity of a point on a orbiting  rotating planet/moon , at a certain height is not that trivial either ,as there are lots of accumulated errors that would show now with the higher ground resolution .

Will probbably hack it some how :)

Many thanks - not particularly serious in the scheme of things
