Francisco, could you allow some things in the custom mission,

- to choose the apollo spacecrafts, lem or csm

- choose a date before 2016, like from 1960 till 2016

-put the time, date somewhere on screen

- allow in "moon descent initialisation" to start the motor of the lem, presently, this is automatic.
One thing is precious in this mission; it is possible to see the csm go far from the lem whan the descent motor start, but it happens so quikly that it is diificult to  see it

One thing is great on the apollo 11 mission, it is possible to see the solar eclipse as seen by apollo 11. I saw that on your software and it has a great value for educationnal purpose. It could be possible to see it on apollo 12 if you allow to choose the date on custom mission.

Betatest Area / Re: New Orbital Planner - Mars transfer

same for me, i think this is difficult to use large numbers as 725 millions kilometers and fine tuning at 1000 kilometers, a
a fine tuning with number entry could be cool

ok, i tried also yesterday and i had some difficulties, to place the spaceship close to mars, i have problems to make a fine tuning, the spaceship is too far from mars, one click on delta v put the spaceship before or beyond a good point, i'll try again. Is this the problem you have?

Betatest Area / 1.32 ios test

Can't find a bug !! no crash !!!

One feature that could be usefull is the choice of choosing a year before 2016, could be possible to make a historic flight of a probe, or apollo 17 etc...

I do not understand all new features of the orbit planner, , sim, time , auto etc.... would like to test that. Thnks for adding the 2001 discovery cockpit

hi glowworm51, i usually put some "normal" to make the orbit flat compared to the ecliptic plan, the, fuel unlimited, and then i play with deltav and delta t to put the proper position. In which moment do you encounter problems?

Betatest Area / ios 1.30 beta test bugs june 2016
« on: June 13, 2016, 10:14:50 PM »
icrash on orbit planer, when trying to pass from jupiter to pluto, it is necessary to decrease delta v with sun reference, and then it crashes

problem with delta t control with the same flight, delta t , when preesed +, it turns too fast impossible to place the spaceship correctly, the planets turns around the sun too violently.

crash on custom mission orion around pluto, orbit planner crash when i click on " orbit" inside the orbit planner,.

on orbit planner, when delta v is adjusted for a transfer, every click on delta t  make a big jump of 100 days or one year so it is impossible to transfer

impossible to land with space shuttle because of the lack of rudder

problem with rcs trans linear mode, with altair ship, the throttle cannot be maintain in reverse or forward mode, it goes slowly to zero.

problem with time acceleration on orbit planner, when using orbit planner on sls ship, i try to accelerate time to be able to make some nominal, but the time accelaration does nor work despite the display wich confirm x265 times.

i also cant find the red gliding slope fot landing the shuttle, maybe something with the parameters , but fonts are too small for the moment.

i feel guilty to post about bugs now that version 1.06 is out, but,

when orbiting pluto, the orbit planner shows the earth

graphical, some fonts are larger but little items are not readable, auto prograde retrograde hover and same for parameters, only titlez are large.

I think there is a problem with the former show apo, the new button cannot be enlighted. Anyway, i found another way to use the orbit plannet, so, not sure it is a bug.

Rudder panel is not on a  control window anymore

so two windows for control are necessary, one for the left hand with throttle and rudder, and one for right thumb with yaw roll pitch,
landing the shuttle without rudder is deadly now   AAARGGHHH

on the older version, rudder was here but only if throttle was up

about HSI, HSI window appear when i click on HORZ, which, i thought , was made for the artificial horizon, the HSI button is now called " VOL"
