Some people are experiencing the text being too small to read.   We remember them all the windows are scalable , and hence you can make the buttons/text/controls as LARGE as required for small phones/etc.
small FONTS . on the current ( retail) version 1.0.6


By dragging the right-bottom  corner , you can resize the window /controls/button/fonts  as large as desired (Same scenario with a  larger  MFD window
